Telemedicine Services
Meridian Metabolic provides online medical weight loss consultations and treatment services through telemedicine. Our services are only available to residents of Texas.
Not Emergency Services
Our services are not intended for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Physician-Patient Relationship
A physician-patient relationship is established only after you have scheduled and completed a consultation with our provider and the provider has agreed to provide services to you.
No Guarantee of Results
While we provide evidence-based medical treatments, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes or that our services will be suitable for every patient.
Eligibility and Requirements
To use our services, you must:

- Be a resident of Texas
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:

Payment Terms
Fees
All fees for consultations, treatments, and services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We do not accept insurance and all services are cash-pay.
Refund Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Medication refunds are subject to pharmacy policies.
Late Payments
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications will only be prescribed when medically appropriate as determined by our provider. You are responsible for:
