How will I receive my medication?
Prescriptions are sent to the appropriate outside pharmacy. When available and clinically appropriate, medications are filled and shipped directly to your door. Availability, formulation, and shipping may vary by pharmacy.
Is medication included in my physician visit or provider fee?
No. Medication costs are separate from the physician visit / provider fee.
What does my provider fee include?
Physician-led care, monthly or quarterly physician visits depending on the option selected, support, education, group discussions, recipes, challenges, accountability, and progress tracking.
What if I choose a quarterly option?
Your physician visits and care schedule align with the quarterly option selected.
Will additional physician fees be added to the medication cost?
No. The provider fee and medication cost are two separate, transparent charges.
Can my provider prescribe different forms of medication?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, medications may be prescribed in injectable, oral, or other available forms.
